李娟，博士，硕士生导师，副教授。2001年6月毕业于中国石油大学（华东）应用电子技术专业，获得工学学士学位；2004年6月毕业于中国石油大学（华东）控制理论与控制工程专业，获得工学硕士学位并留校任教；2016年6月毕业于中国海洋大学计算机系统结构专业，获得博士学位。
