黄庭培，博士，硕士生导师。2004年6月毕业于中国石油大学（华东）计算机科学与技术专业，获得工学学士学位；2007年6月毕业于中国石油大学（华东）计算机应用技术专业，获得工学硕士学位；2007年7月进入滁州学院工作两年；2013年7月毕业于中国科学院计算技术研究所，获得工学博士学位；2013年8月进入中国科学院大学博士后流动站开展为期两年的研究工作。
